I am a single mom that has always worked hard to support my kids. As they grew older I returned to school to become a massage therapist; I enjoyed doing this as I believed massage was helping my clients. When I joined StretchLab I realized how much more I could help people, stretching is a key factor in overall health and wellbeing. Being part of StretchLab is like being part of a big family that continues to grow with every new member that joins. I am lucky to be able to help people of all ages and various backgrounds to be more flexible, move better, perform better in their day to day life. When not at work, I enjoy nature, long walks on the beach, lakes or in the woods relieve any stress and are calming.
I am an educator at heart and a movement enthusiast in practice. With a background in dance, I started teaching group fitness in 2013 after finding I didn't sit still very well in grad school. Since then, I've unearthed an ever-growing passion for working with people in their bodies: meeting them where they are, and joining forces with them to work towards their goals. I love the opportunity to work one-on-one with members at StretchLab, and am thrilled by how finding freedom during stretching can open up so many avenues of working with (instead of against) the body. I am a barre, yoga and aerial fitness instructor and travel around the country as a Master Teacher Trainer for our sister brand Pure Barre. Outside of work, I volunteer for sexual assault and rape crisis hotline, make messes with my painting practice, and aim to hike as many mountains as I possibly can.
I have been a Physical Therapist in Hungary since 2009 and I used to work with patients who had neurological or orthopedic problems. After coming to the United States, I completed my Personal Trainer and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist trainings. I am amazed by how much we can do to improve the lives of others. When you step into the StretchLab studio and you see the smiling faces, you instantly feel welcomed! StretchLab allows me to show people the benefits of stretching and how it can change their lives; a flexible body can do wonders. When not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking long walks, or sitting outside reading a book.
I have a passion for helping people maximize the performance of their body. I have a degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire with a focus in Sport Studies. I am a certified trainer and am Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified. TPI is focused on increasing mobility, stability and maximizing the body’s performance in the golf swing. I have also completed comprehensive teacher training at our sister brand Club Pilates and am certified in TRX suspension training. When not at work, my favorite hobbies are playing golf and tennis, gardening, and cooking. I am also a Board Member of the Friends of Norris Cotton Center raising money for cancer research and patient care. I love the mission behind StretchLab because increasing flexibility and mobility through stretching can help everyone not only in athletics but also in day to day life. If you are an athlete, especially a golfer, I look forward to working with you to help you perform and feel your best!
I grew up doing ballet and other forms of dance, and all of my childhood in and out of Physical Therapy. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. I have worked as a personal trainer for the past four years. I love baking bread in my free time and working on projects around my house. I also have grown to love lifting. I love feeling strong and being able to make even small progress towards my fitness and strength goals. Being able to work at StretchLab gives me the opportunity to help people feel amazing using scientific, tried and tested practices. Stretching is so beneficial for all types of people with all types of goals. It is great to be a part of the process of helping people accomplish their goals!
I am a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist based out of Southern, NH that has been in the field since 2017, developing relationships with various health and fitness professionals in different environments in order to establish a well-rounded and experienced practice. My focus is in Biomechanical strength and stability as well as Neuromuscular coordination and control. You can always catch me outside rain or shine! I’m avid in hiking, rock climbing, calisthenics, kayaking, obstacle course racing, and particularly mountain biking. I also spend a great deal of time working on my mobility and core strength as it relates to my activities and career, flexibility has become essential in mitigating my risk of injury and optimizing recovery for my next adventure! I graduated college with a bachelor's degree majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology. I have a background in athletics at the high school and college level and have spent a lot of my time learning about biomechanics and injury prevention. In my free time I like playing basketball, strength training and painting. I love StretchLab because it allows me to apply my education and background in a way that lets me help people. Teaching people the importance of mobility and biomechanics while also helping them learn how they can prevent and improve their ailments is extremely rewarding. I also get to meet a wide range of interesting and nice people.
